Chill little spot I went to by myself on a fall Saturday morning. I was with my girlfriend actually but she was too bashful so she stayed outside. I got a latte as I do, pretty standard for me. Here’s where it gets interesting. The latte tasted just like my rose scented rosary. Unbelievable example of divine intervention or a coffee with subtle notes of both wood, rose and the Blessed Virgin Mary. Definitely good coffee and will be back for another medium roast Ave Maria sometime soon

Delicious latte, and my husband's iced coffee was made with organic coffee, maca, their very own homemade coconut milk, and mct oil, and sweetened with dates, so delicious! Cute place too.

Press and Grind has a very nice atmosphere and is kept very clean and stays fairly quiet inside with ample seating, there is patio seating out front. The coffee was pretty good, definitely better then any chain brand but not the best in Atlanta either. The mini donuts were delicious; they have a cinnamon apple flavor to them and are worth getting if you're there. They also have many other pastries and a few sandwiches if you want an actual meal. The barista's at Press and Grind were all very nice and friendly and even caught on to me and a friend discussing the keto coffee they have on the menu. This made up for the lack of latte art on our drinks; they were to-go with lids on so it's forgivable.

First of all, the space is beautiful and unique- dramatic vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural light and modern yet tasteful furniture. The coffee is good and the food options are extensive - I had a cheese and egg biscuit that was all made from scratch. You’re definitely going to get more than your standard pastry. That said, they do have an impressive pastry/desert display. The location is delightful - tucked away just off the main drag of “downtown” Virginia Highlands and between their lot and street parking, I’ve never had a problem driving there. As a personal anecdotal side, one morning I was there I was dressed nicely and was trying not to get my egg and cheese biscuit on my clothes. I was using small cocktail napkins from the prep station on my lap to catch crumbs, and one of the ladies working there noticed and brought me a full sized dinner napkin. I was very impressed by this gesture and attention I felt I was receiving as a customer.

Great food, good coffee, wonderful atmosphere. This is the best coffee shop in the area if you want a proper place to sit down and spend some time enjoying a good sandwich, smoothie, or coffee. Don’t get me wrong, the other coffee shops in the area are great, but you just don’t get much space to yourself. Press and grind is a true “third space”. Enjoy!

I always have a great experience here. I love the shop’s atmosphere, even in this time of social distancing. Virginia Highlands is a lovely neighborhood with lovely people. Because P&G partners with Highland Bakery, the baked goods here are always fresh and delicious. The menu is diverse and accommodating of every want or need from a customer.

Great coffee and great food! We got an egg and cheese on a croissant, an egg and cheese on a biscuit, an iced vanilla latte, and a cold brew. Everything was tasty and the service was friendly and fast.
